Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is the fastest growing martial art in the world and Q23 is Bangkok’s newest BJJ academy. BJJ is a martial art that focuses on stand-up skills much like Judo but then adds grappling and wrestling skills combined with joint locks and chokes to finish the fight on the ground. The study and practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu builds the body, mind and character. BJJ practice helps develop outstanding levels of physical fitness, sharp thinking, self-discipline and self-confidence. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is challenging and fun for boys and girls as well as men and women of all ages. Q23 welcomes everyone and the first lesson is always free. We are conveniently located in the heart of Bangkok at the Phrom Pong Sky Train station and have a huge 160 square meter training area. If you are visiting Bangkok and already practice BJJ, we welcome drop-in visits. The Q23 Academy is located with the Asia Pacific Taekwondo Academy on the 8th Floor of the Emporium Tower. The Emporium Tower is located next to the Emporium Mall at the Phrom Pong BTS Skytrain Station on Sukhumvit Road Soi 24, Bangkok.
